Article 1 – Purpose These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (GTCS) govern the sale of products on the soetla.com website. Any order implies full and complete acceptance of these GTCS.

Article 2 – Products The products offered for sale are described with the greatest possible accuracy. So & La reserves the right to modify its catalog at any time.

Article 3 – Prices Prices are indicated in euros, inclusive of all taxes. So & La reserves the right to modify its prices at any time, it being understood that the applicable price is that in effect at the time of the order.

Article 4 – Order The order is validated after payment confirmation. A confirmation email is sent to the address provided by the customer.

Article 5 – Payment Payment is made online using the methods offered on the site. Transactions are secured.

Article 6 – Delivery Products are delivered to the address indicated during the order. Delivery times are indicative.

Article 7 – Right of withdrawal In accordance with Article L221-18 of the Consumer Code, the customer has a period of 7 days from the receipt of their order to exercise their right of withdrawal, without having to provide reasons.

Article 8 – Returns and refunds Returned products must be in their original condition. The refund will be made within 14 days of receipt of the returned item.

Article 9 – Liability So & La cannot be held responsible for damages resulting from improper use of the purchased products.

Article 10 – Personal data Collected data is processed in accordance with our privacy policy and the GDPR.

Article 11 – Disputes In the event of a dispute, an amicable solution will be sought first. Failing this, the competent courts of Paris will be seized.
