Delivery zones We deliver to mainland France, French overseas departments and territories, and the European Union. For any delivery outside the EU, please contact us at contact@soetla.com.

Processing times Orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next business day.

Delivery times

  • Metropolitan France: 2 to 5 working days
  • European Union: 5 to 10 working days
  • International: 10 to 20 working days

    • Shipping costs Shipping costs are calculated and displayed at checkout, according to the weight, destination and chosen delivery method.

    Order tracking A confirmation email with a tracking number is sent to you as soon as your order is shipped.

    Order not received If you have not received your order within the indicated timeframe, please contact us at contact@soetla.com. We will do our best to resolve the situation as quickly as possible.

    Damaged parcel In case of a damaged parcel upon receipt, please contact us within 48 hours with supporting photos at contact@soetla.com.
